The location of the hotel is perfect, being right in the center of the city. It is very close to the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and have stunning views. The bathroom is also spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff provides professional and friendly service. The breakfast served at the hotel restaurant is great and there are plenty of facilities available, such as a mini fridge and a robot delivering snacks to the room.

The hotel is too new, causing some confusion for taxi drivers and guests trying to find the location.

The hotel had a great location, just a stone's throw away from the famous Shibuya crossing. It was convenient to have plenty of facilities like restaurants, coffee shops, and stores nearby. the room was very comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the city. We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the separate toilet and shower. the amenities provided, such as the pyjama and razor, were a nice touch.

There were some frustrating oversights in the room. We found it difficult to find sufficient storage space for our belongings, with only one small folding suitcase stand available.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel near Shibuya Station and the famous Hachiko Statue. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a delicious buffet and the option to order from the menu. The staff, especially Nilu, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to provide detailed information about Tokyo and even walked me to the taxi stop. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a great view of the city. The location was perfect, with convenient shopping and dining options on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I highly recommend this hotel! I'm definitely coming back to this fantastic hotel.

The location was perfect, close to Shibuya crossing and connected to train stations. Plenty of restaurants, Starbucks, and convenience stores. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and ordered breakfast. Clean room with comfortable bed and great city view. Convenient shopping and restaurants on lower floors. Sustainable practices like reusable water bottles.

Convenient location in Shibuya Stream building, close to subway exit. Great city view from the room. Clean facilities throughout. Plenty of restaurants within the complex. Breakfast had limited options but delicious a la carte eggs and rare sourdough bread. Stylish and modern room decor with spacious layout and comfortable amenities. Helpful staff and the option to use hotel facilities before check-in.

We stayed at Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu for 3 nights and it was perfect for exploring Tokyo. The superior twin room was luxurious and spacious, with a nice little chaise for relaxing. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub, and the Nespresso machine in the room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location near Shibuya Crossing and access to public transport made it very convenient. The breakfast half buffet was delicious, with tasty pastries and a variety of options. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
